The timetable will involve delivering a rich, challenging curriculum covering molecular genetics, cellular metabolic pathways, physiology, and ecological dynamics for GCSE and A-Level exam cohorts, alongside delivering general science modules across Key Stage 3. Beyond classroom teaching, responsibilities include constructing comprehensive student tracking portfolios, implementing targeted intervention tracks for laboratory data fluency, managing parental correspondence, and supporting the school's regional environmental field studies and STEM initiatives.

You will act as a primary link with parents, examination boards, and local university biomedical networks, requiring absolute professionalism and data accuracy at all times. Strong organisational skills are a prerequisite, as you will balance heavy mock diagnostic marking cycles with real-time digital progress logging and strict laboratory health and safety compliance tracking (COSHH frameworks).

• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) with a degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, or a related field
