Are you a Graduate with a background in Biology or Science looking for the opportunity to take your first step into industry with a company who are the UK's leading Stem Cell bank, who provide excellent training to upskill their staff?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established laboratory that has been providing stem cell processing and storage services since 2002. The organisation operates HTA-licensed facilities, follows strict laboratory procedures, and is committed to ensuring consistent quality in sample handling and storage.
In this role, you will be working in an HTA-licensed laboratory processing and testing stem cell samples to the highest standards. You will use aseptic techniques in a cleanroom environment, carry out validation and compliance checks, maintain laboratory stock and equipment, and ensure all procedures meet GLP and GMP requirements. You will also liaise with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and couriers, providing technical support and ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout.
This role is perfect for a Biology or Science graduate looking to take their first step into the laboratory and medical industry. You will receive excellent training to develop your technical skills, gain hands-on experience in stem cell processing and testing, and work in a highly regulated HTA-licensed laboratory environment.
The Role:
- Process and test stem cell samples in an HTA-licensed laboratory, following strict regulatory and quality standards.
- Work in a controlled cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques to maintain sample integrity.
- Maintain laboratory procedures, monitor the environment, and manage stock to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Perform validation, quality checks, and data recording while keeping up-to-date with stem cell processing methods and technology.
- Monday to Sunday on a 5-day shift pattern, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, with on-call duties for late arrivals.

- Biology or Science graduate
- Commutable to Burgess Hill
- Have a driving licence and access to car.
